Subscriptions

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime through your device's app store settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
3. Content and Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content in our apps—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software—is owned by Oye LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content
Our apps may allow you to create or customize game content. You retain ownership of any content you create, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the app.
4. Disclaimers
Entertainment Purpose
Our apps are designed for entertainment purposes only. Game prompts and suggestions are meant to be fun and should be used responsibly. Always respect the comfort and boundaries of all participants.
As-Is Basis
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oye LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oye LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice within the app. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
10. Piction - Specific Terms
Virtual Currency and Items
Piction offers virtual currency ("Points") and virtual items ("Hints") that can be earned through gameplay or purchased. These items:
- Have no real-world monetary value outside the app
- Cannot be transferred, traded, sold, or exchanged for real money
- May be modified, adjusted, or removed at our discretion with reasonable notice
- Are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or app store policies
- Are licensed to you, not sold, and remain our property
Points System
Points are earned by completing daily puzzles. The number of points earned depends on your performance (fewer guesses = more points) and your current streak. Points can be exchanged for hints within the app.
Hint Purchases
Hints can be obtained by:
- Purchasing hint packs through in-app purchases
- Watching rewarded video advertisements (limited per day)
- Exchanging earned points
All purchases are final and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. For refund requests, please contact the respective app store or email us.
Rewarded Advertisements
You may earn free hints by voluntarily watching video advertisements. By choosing to watch ads:
- You agree to view the complete advertisement
- You understand that ad availability is not guaranteed
- Daily limits may apply to the number of ads you can watch
- Technical issues with ad delivery do not entitle you to compensation
